- Soak rawa in yogurt Add salt and pepper Add grated beetroot Mix well Add very little water if necessary otherwise avoid Just keep aside for 5 minutes
- Keep the Idli steamer ready and grease the Idli plates
- Prepare tempering - Heat up oil in a pan Add mustard seeds When it splutters. Add cashews and chopped curry leaves
- Put this tempering in the prepared batter Mix well. Add 1 tsp eno and mix gently
- Pour frothy batter in the prepared Idli plates and let them steam for 5-7 minutes or till done.
- Remove when done. Enjoy with your favorite chutney Here I have used green mint chutney
