- Cool for 5 mins. Cut into pieces. In small tadka pan add and heat oil. Do tempering of mustard and cumin seeds as they splutter add curry leaves and white sesame seeds. Pour this tempering on prepared beetroot dhokla. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve/ Relish Hot Nutritious Beetroot Dhokla with green coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
