- Wash the Red Lentil properly & soak it in water for some time & then blend it smooth.
- In a bowl, take the Red Lentil paste, add chopped onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, roasted coriander, cumin, dry Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt & mix it well.
- In the gas take a deep frying utensil, add oil in it. When the oil is heated, lower the flame, take some batter in hand & drop it slowly in oil. Make all the fritters like this with the rest of the batter. Fry them until they have turned golden brown.
- Serve hot with chopped onions, green chilli or with your favourite dip!
