- Greas idli plate and pour the idli batter.

- Then add the capsicum pieces,red chilli sauce, tomato sauce. Saute on a low flame till the capsicum is cooked.
- Add the fried idlis,mix it well without breaking it. Finally garnish with Coarinder leaves.
