- In a pan, roast all dry roast ingredients until it turns light brown color and keep it aside.
- In the same pan, add 1 tsp oil,tomato, bottle gourd and cook until it turns soft.
- Once it is cooked, add tamarind,garlic,salt, coriander leaves and for another 2 mins.
- Let it cook down completely. Grind everything together to a smooth paste in mixie jar.
- In a tadka pan, add 2 tbsp oil or ghee,mustard seeds,urad dal,curry leaves,hing and let it splutter. Then add the ground chutney and saute until oil is absorbed completely.
- This taste very yummyyy with rice or side dish for any tiffin items.
