  1. In a pan, roast all dry roast ingredients until it turns light brown color and keep it aside.
  2. In the same pan, add 1 tsp oil,tomato, bottle gourd and cook until it turns soft.
  3. Once it is cooked, add tamarind,garlic,salt, coriander leaves and for another 2 mins.
  4. Let it cook down completely. Grind everything together to a smooth paste in mixie jar.
  5. In a tadka pan, add 2 tbsp oil or ghee,mustard seeds,urad dal,curry leaves,hing and let it splutter. Then add the ground chutney and saute until oil is absorbed completely.
  6. This taste very yummyyy with rice or side dish for any tiffin items.
