  6. when potatoes start to brown take spatula and turn potatoes and let them brown on other side
  7. once they have browned on both sides turn your fire down to low and put a top on them and let them smother for about 20 mins or until tender
  8. also if you feel its too much oil do not hesitate to drain oil from potatoes leaving enough so they dont stick
  9. u can also add bacon or sausage and cheese if you desire
